We apply a mindful, adapted approach, emphasizing safety and modified poses to accommodate limited mobility and flexibility for the senior citizens, using props like chairs and blocks, focusing on gentle & chairs Yoga, incorporating breathwork (Pranayama), prioritizing joint mobility and balance.
Strength training enhances yoga by providing the muscular strength and power needed for challenging poses, increasing body awareness for better muscle engagement, and improving injury prevention and recovery by strengthening supporting muscles and balancing imbalances. In turn, yoga improves flexibility, muscular endurance, and joint mobility, complementing the strength-focused aspects of weight training and creating a more balanced, effective fitness routine.

At the age of 4 years, she started learning Yoga from her mother Mrs. Dipti Sarkar who is a student of Mr. Monotosh Roy (Mr. Universe) and thereafter she was also trained by Mr. Moloy Roy (Mr. India, Mr. Asia & recipient of the Arjuna Award).
Payel is a dynamic Yoga Teacher with 18 years of experience, dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental well-being of diverse groups through tailored instruction. Expertise in engaging classes and personalized lesson plans, effectively addressing the unique needs and goals of students. She also runs a famous YouTube Channel called "Payelive" with huge audience and followers. Also experienced in corporate yoga training.
Payel also offers diet chart for her clients, targeting gaining / losing weight, and different therapeutic treatments as well as healthy cooking techniques using less cooking oil etc.
